YBF2-63~160 Series Explosion-proof Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for Fan

1. General Description

       This series of motors conform to the explosion-proof properties specified in GB3836.2 <<Electrical equipments for use in the explosive area- part 2: flame-proof "d">>. They have types of ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4 and they are suitable for using in the coal mines and factories with explosive gas mixture at the class IIA, IIB and temperature class of T1-T4 to drive axial flow blowers. 

       The main enclosure of this series motors is of protection degree IP44, IP54 and IP55. The cooling system is IC411, cooling the surface of the motor by circulating air from the blower. 

       The relationship between frame size, speed and power are shown in Table 18.

       The mounting dimensions of the motors are shown in Table 19, Table 20 and Table 21.
