YBK2-71~355 Series Explosion-proof Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for Coal Mines

1.  General Description

       YBK2 explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are specially designed for coal mine (underground mining working areas).The frame of the motor is welded with steel plate. Moreover, measures have been taken to reinforce fan cover, terminal box and insulation structure. This series of motors are mainly used in coal mine with hazardous environment.

       The explosion-proof performance of this series motors meet National Standard:  GB3836.1<<Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere- part 1: general requirements>> and GB3836.2 << Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere - part 2: flame-proof "d">>. They are manufactured into type of ExdI and suitable for using in dangerous areas with methane or explosive coal dust mixture. The electrical performance, mounting dimensions and rated power, etc. of this series motors are all as same as YB2 series motors except the special requirements for frame, fan cover and terminal box.

       For the enclosure of this series motors, the protection degree is IP55 and complies with GB/T4942.1. The cooling system is IC411 and conforms to GB/T1993.
