Y2 Series Compact-typed High-voltage Three-phase Induction Motors

1.General Description:
Y2 series compact-typed high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are the high-efficiency, energy-saving products which manufactured and developed by our company in 21 centuries. This series of motors are optimized motors on the basis of the latest international technology along with our long-term stable rich experience on designing and manufacturing. The performance of this series of motors reach international advanced level and the protection degree is IP54 or IP55.
The performance and mounting dimensions meet the National Standard GB755 and IEC Standards. Our company has been certified ISO9001 international quality system, the whole operation process including ordering, R&D, manufacturing, sales and service, they are all strictly controlled by ISO9001 quality system.
The motor power supply for three-phase power frequency is 50Hz (60Hz on request), voltage class is 6KV (3KV, 3.3KV, 6.6KV etc on request), normally the mounting arrangement is IMB3 (IMB35, IMV1 on request).
This series of motors adopt high-permeability low-loss cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet so that low loss and high efficiency could be achieved. This series of motors adopt reliable class F insulation (temperature rise B) and VPI complete impregnating process to extend the life of the insulation aging. Basically, the cooling system is IC411. Such motors not only could be used to drive general machineries, but also could be used as driver in petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, mine and other severe environment.
This series of motors have many merits such as high efficiency, energy-saving, small vibration, high performance index, strong reliability and convenient maintenance etc.
The motor is allowed to have direct starting and reduced-voltage starting at the circumstance of rated voltage and rated frequency
2. Construction Features
Y2 series motors adopt international advanced high-strength cast iron structure. The frame and end shield of motors adopt high-strength cast iron structure as well. The outside cooling ribs are of vertical distributed, therefore, the motors have good cooling capacity, rigidity and stoutness.
The stator core and frame adopt external pressing structure, and it is easy for maintenance. The stator winding adopt class F insulation, and it is fixed in the stator slot with the slot wedge, there have reliable fixation and strap in its end. During the manufacture, several times of interturn pulse voltage test and voltage withstand test have be carried out. Moreover, it is impregnated with no-solvent paint in VPI so that the stator winding has the features of high-strength structure, insulation system and good electric performance and anti-moisture, it has good electrical performance as well, all of these merits make this series of motors could be used in severe environments.
The motor's rotor adopts aluminum casting structure with special technique. The rotor bar, end ring, and fan adopt one-step molding technology, reliability and allowable moment of inertia thus could be improved. Furthermore, with the fine rotor balance system, motors could work more stable, vibration and noise could also be greatly reduced. This series of motors adopt rolling bearing structure and have non-stop oiling device and oil-draining device. Excellent design of bearing structure can prevent the dust and rain from permeating into the motor.
The terminal box is of high protection degree and compact structure. The terminal connection is fixed very well which can be mounted from several directions. Terminal box generally placed on the right side of the motors (viewing from the drive end), if users want to place the terminal box on the left side, please specify when ordering.
